Please sync apt-show-versions 0.13 (universe) from Debian unstable (main).

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:

apt-show-versions switched from hardcoded release names list to a
dynamic approach, therefore adding ubuntu release names is not needed anymore.
debian/ubuntu-patches/ wasn't actually used before, and is useless now.
