falconpl fails to install on hardy

Bug Description

I receive this error... I have the falcon package installed and tried to install falconpl afterwards.

apt-get install falconpl
Reading package lists... Done

The bug is on falcon. The name of the executable is falcon-start, so its man page should be /usr/share/man/man1/falcon-start.1.gz

So following the ubuntu wiki, I tried to apply the patch but I got the following output:

HARDY VERIFICATION

Using version 2.0.5-0ubuntu1 from hardy-release:
Unpacking falcon (from .../falcon_2.0.5-0ubuntu1_all.deb) ...
dpkg: error processing /var/cache/apt/archives/falcon_2.0.5-0ubuntu1_all.deb (--unpack):

dpkg-deb: subprocess paste killed by signal (Broken pipe)
Errors were encountered while processing:
 /var/cache/apt/archives/falcon_2.0.5-0ubuntu1_all.deb

Using version 2.0.5-0ubuntu1.1 from hardy-proposed:
Package installs fine with falconpl
