Bug Description

HPGL Import would be nice; although this format should probably be gone by
now, it is still widely used in design/academic circles for vector graphics
exchange..
A couple of projects worth looking at are hp2xx and hpgs; the latter is a
ghostscript-like thingy for hpgl, perhaps some of either of these code
bases could be used, thus saving any need for new coding...

Thanks for taking the time to suggest ways to improve Inkscape.

Please help us by checking the latest version of Inkscape to make
sure this feature has not already been added and there are no
duplicate requests for this feature.
