Bug Description
Mousetweaks is an accessibility software whose development has started as a GSoC 2007.
You can watch a video that demonstrates mousetweaks functions on the specification page of mousetweaks:

The version that I am proposing for packaging is the most recent release:

In the meantime I have prepared a PPA with version 0.2.6 of mousetweaks. You can add the following repositories to the Synaptic Package Manager if you want to use the packages offered by my PPA:

Unfortunately,the copyright and licensing information of release 0.2.6. Instead of patching the 0.2.6 release with the missing information, we decided upstream that it would be cleaner to publish a new release.
Consequently, the version proposed for inclusion to the Universe repository will be the new 0.2.8 version, and not the 0.2.6 version indicated in the previous comment.
