Bug Description
On the Activity Log/Audit Trail at a page such as:

Here, "Romain Francoise" has been added twice to the bug report. What is not shown, is that they have also removed/
Ideally, the activity log should show everything that changed n the bug report, it's a bit pointless if it doesn't and lead to me subscribe "Romain Francoise" twice, because I thought something else was broken in Launchpad.
