Sync commit-tool 0.4-4 from Debian unstable.
Ubuntu component: Universe
Debian component: Main
List of Ubuntu changes, which can all be dropped:
* Import gettext to prevent AttributeError exception
Current Debian version implemented this
* Update Maintainer field in debian/control
No longer needed in sync process
Debian changelog (since 0.4-3ubuntu1):
commit-tool (0.4-4) unstable; urgency=low
* AttributeError when launching hgct (Closes: #433993)
Apply patch from Ubuntu (thanks Luca Falavigna for reporting
and Ubuntu for the patch)
