I get this error after I record myself chattering into the iSight mic on my MacBook and try to play it back. I only have one insrument (Vocal). I stop recording then immediately press play and Jokosher locks up with this error in the terminal.

Could you try a recent Subversion checkout of Jokosher, preferably with a recent CVS checkout of GStreamer.
This bug does not exist here, but it may be something to do with the iSight.
