"live-build" revision 3.0~a23-1

Fix:

... In both files 'lb_binary_usb' and 'lb_source_usb'
... Search for the string '!!!'
... After the message '!!! The following errors can be ignored !!!' add a "set +e"
... After the message '!!! The above errors can be ignored !!!' add a "set -e"

Recipe to reproduce the bug easily:

lb config -b usb-hdd
lb build

The expected result is a long process ending with a bootable image available.

The actual result is _sometimes_ a premature abort of the build process right after the print of "!!! The following errors ca be ignored !!!" . Does not always occur, I have not found why. Seems to be a timing or race condition within the scripts.

Considering that the script _expects_ to have errors, it is amazing that it works at all without the "set +e" ... I don't grok this design.

Important: that issue does not occur in the version 3.0~a47-1 currently available in the Debian Wheezy repository.
