Archive Proxy

Proxy server to extract and recompress archives transparently for users.

Currently supports tar.gz -> tar.gz (no conversion) and tar.gz -> zip. There is no caching in the proxy, but it's assumed you would want to front with a caching proxy like Varnish. Powered by subclassing Twisted Web's proxy system.
