Anjuta is an extensive integrated development environment for C and C++ with a Gnome focus. An IDE such as Anjuta joins common free software tools in a pleasant graphical environment.

Anjuta comes with built in support for writing C and C++ programs (with or without gnome support) and integrates well with autotools, cvs, gdb, gcc/g++, make and the many other common free software development tools. What Anjuta brings to the standard development suite with a build in editor, application creation wizards, project import, code browsing (searching for variables, classes, etc) and more.
