Porting the demo code from upsteam python's source to Acire

http://docs.python.org/library/turtle.html implements turtle graphics in python. This is a is a popular way for introducing programming to kids. It was part of the original http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Logo_(programming_language) developed by Wally Feurzig and Seymour Papert in 1966. As the demonstrations provided by the upstream python sources are graphical and currently depend on tkinter and idle some additional work will be necessary to integrate them into to the Acire framework. These demonstrations are also not licensed under the GPL but are GPL compatible.
