8.8 fallbacks are now available

8.8.0 is a pre-version of the fallbacks for the upcoming Abinit 8.8 production series. Please note that it cannot be used for PSML pseudopotentials with ealier versions of Abinit, since the former API of LibPSML is not maintained anymore. See https://arxiv.org/abs/1707.08938 for more information.

8.8.1 fixes a bug with the installation of internal linear algebra libraries.
