Bug Description

Idle times are not detected, so if you leave the computer, you will get incorrect tracking results.

A fix based on Xlib. If the computer has been idle for more than one minute, application "None" will be reported.

Hi Lars, thanks for the patch, it mostly seems to work, only that the window title isn't reset when it's idling, so the app name is "None" but not the window title (not sure what the effect of this is).

Released in version 39.

I modified the patch to fix bug #189740 and store the idle minutes in ~/.rescuetime/preferences. The window title shouldn't have any negative effect.
