Release notes

This a in-development snapshot release for Karmic. Apart from bug-fixes notify-osd comes with a special debugging feature for displaying notification-urgencies in a "title-bar". In order to enable this, start notify-osd with "DEBUG=1 /usr/lib/notify-osd/notify-osd". If you see notifications and think the sending application tagged them with a wrong urgency-level, (e.g. low-urgency for "battery depleted"-type of warnings) file a bug against that application also linking to notify-osd. This is meant to help us with further work on the Do-Not-Disturb mode. Furthermore a new fade-on-hover behaviour is implemented called "proximity-fade". Bubbles recognize the nearby mouse-pointer and fade out based on its distance to the edges of a bubble. Also the trigger-values for undershoot- and overshoot-animations (for the value-indicator, e.g. used by volume- and brightness-feedback notifications) have changed. Due to this make sure to also get updated versions of gnome-settings-daemon (reponsible for volume-changed notifications) and gnome-power-manager (responsible for screen/keyboard-brightness notifications).
